FIRST THINGS FIRST

Before we arrive, our process begins with a confidential questionnaire that will help us understand your company and local/regional marketplace. The questionnaire is part of our consultation process. It allows us to learn faster so we don't have to put you through "20 Questions" while we're "on the clock".

The questionnaire allows you the opportunity to think through critical aspects of your business. It will help you reflect, examine, question, evaluate, and possibly arrive at some important conclusions on your own. You'll also be well prepared for our consultation and focused on the task at hand so you'll get the most out of it, and so we can do the most for you.

In certain instances we will interview some of your customers, your staff, and have a professional mystery shopper assess your operation.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will arrive with a plan of attack so you'll get a payback from our first visit - immediately if at all possible. We'll begin by questioning and confirming what you tell us on the questionnaire. We'll examine many areas of your operation from public relations and marketing to your financial situation and your operations. And we'll get a good idea of what you're really good at and what you're not so good at. In the end we'll have the information we need to guide you to some logical conclusions and decisions.

Businesses always perform as a reflection of the goals and desires of their owners. The process for developing a strategy for your company is to first, consider the options, then arrive at a logical conclusion of where you really do want to go, when you want to arrive, who will go with you, and how you will get there.
